All bookings will require a credit card on file in order to hold the appointment slot. Kindly give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, 30% of the scheduled service price will automatically be charged to the card on file for those who do not extend the courtesy to adhere to our cancellation policy.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will result in a shortened service at the full price or you may be asked to reschedule.
